The following pages contain 77E’s Confidential Information. For such a Confidential Information the relevant dispositions of the Distribution Agreement concluded between you and 77E shall be applied. Nevertheless, by entering the following pages you explicitly agree to hold Confidential Information in the strictest confidence and not disclose them to any third party and use Confidential Information solely for the purpose of entering the pages, take all reasonable precautions, and in any event not less than those precautions used to protect your own Confidential Informationm to restrict disclosure of the Confidential Information to those of your Representatives who need to know such information, and are informed of the confidential nature of such information, not reproduce or copy in whole or in part any Confidential Information, at the request of 77E promptly delete, destroy or return to 77E any and all tangible material containing any Confidential Information, including all copies made.
